## What is eMPEP?

eMPEP is a web platform and API that delivers structured, searchable access to the MPEP — the authoritative guide used by USPTO patent examiners and practitioners. It covers all chapters (100–2900), all appendices, 35 U.S.C. sections, and 37 C.F.R. sections.

## API Access

All MPEP content is available via a REST API and a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server. Authentication: API key (Authorization: Bearer empep_xxx) or x402 micropayment ($0.005 USDC per call, Base Sepolia).
